Meet R&M
R&M Education Consultants is led by Rachelle and Miriam, two passionate educators with a shared commitment to student growth. Rachelle brings numerous years of experience in education, while Miriam is a trailblazing music educator whose students are redefining music education . Together, they offer a fresh, impactful approach to education.

Rachelle Duggins-Tetlow, M.Ed.
Rachelle is a dedicated educational leader with over 20 years of experience across elementary, middle, and high school levels. As a school administrator, she is passionate about fostering collaborative learning environments for both students and staff. Rachelle holds an M.Ed in school administration from Touro University and a teaching degree from San Diego State University, blending expertise and experience to support educational excellence.

Miriam Vazquez
Miriam Vazquez is an award-winning music educator, named to Yamaha’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2023. With deep roots in Jalisco and Sinaloa, Mexico, she leads Mariachi Alas Doradas at Keller Middle School in the Clark County School District (CCSD) in Las Vegas. In addition to her school role, Miriam serves as a national music consultant, supporting districts across the country in elevating their music programs.
